Appointments:
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes, 10 minutes for new clients, before your appointment to be respectful and considerate of other clients and staff.
Arriving too early does not allow staff to properly finish their previous appointment, nor are they able to prepare for their next appointment.
Arriving late will result in less time for your appointment.
Cancellations / No-Shows:
A cancellation within 24 hours that the client can fill will not be billed.
A cancellation within 24 hours that the therapist can fill, billed at $25.
A cancellation within 24 hours that is not filled, billed at $50.
A no-show for any appointment, billed at $60.
Returned Checks:
In addition to the appointment fee, a $35 fee will be charged for returned checks.
